Exemplifying our reputation for undertaking projects to high standards of quality and timeliness, Calco have just completed a major new car park construction at North Manchester General Hospital. Originally scheduled to take 5 months, the job was brought in within 9 weeks.

Working closely with our client, operations were arranged in order both to accommodate a very tight programme of works and minimise disruption to hospital services. This required the deployment of additional labour resources and working over weekends to deliver a project that included full drainage installation, tactile paving, lighting columns, barriers, surfacing and linemarking.

The new car park is the latest example of our ability to establish constructive working relationships with clients and meet their expectations. We are proud to have been involved in the works that will improve access to NHS facilities for staff and patients alike.
