Bread and Butter as New Car Park completed at Bakery

Calco recently completed a 39 car park extension at Allied Bakeries site in Liverpool.

The busy Bootle bakery needed additional parking spaces and contacted Calco after an online search.

Together with our new client, we designed and constructed a car park which was within the

ir budget and built with a minimum amount of disruption to their site operations. Cost savings were achieved by retaining all the excavated soil on site and forming a landscaped embankment. As drainage in the area was limited, we installed a porous asphalt system which is fully compliant with SUDS requirements, providing an environmentally friendly car park with no additional impact on the surface water drainage system.

The project was delivered on time and on budget, an  d the bakery were delighted with the outcome. A piece of cake.
