Quality Streets
Since being established in 1986 Calco has always had quality of service and end results at the forefront of its surfacing, groundworks and landscaping operations. As part of the further professionalisation of the company, we recently set out to strengthen our quality assurance and management systems by gaining ISO accreditation.
After an initial meeting and overview with consultants in March 2023, Calco is now forging ahead with the introduction of more systematic and documented approaches to the way it monitors on-site delivery and customer satisfaction. The same process involves continual development of staff expertise and capabilities to meet customer requirements.
As a result of the quality strategy it has implemented Calco is delighted to report that it has secured ISO 9001 Certification. This further underpins our emphasis on providing high-quality services and outcomes as we look to continually consolidate our strong customer focus.
